Our Learning and Teaching Programs

As an effective learning community, our learning and teaching is grounded in our Vision Statement:

Mary Immaculate School, a dynamic and caring community committed to enacting our faith;

inspiring, challenging and engaging lifelong learners.

(excellence, integrity, inclusiveness, respect)

At Mary Immaculate School, every young person knows that they are valued and celebrated for ‘who they are’ and ‘where they are’ on their learning journey.  In a stimulating, positive and supportive child-centred environment, our students develop the positive dispositions of the Habits of Mind and the Growth Mindset, enabling them to be motivated and curious, lifelong learners.  Through being provided with opportunities to be successful and purposeful learners, each student develops the skills of collaboration, communication, creativity, critical thinking and problem solving.
